We've combined our newly designed 1406 low kv crawler motors with the compact, lightweight Mamba Micro X ESC, creating a powerhouse suited for low-speed crawling and trail running. This dynamic pairing is perfect for vehicles up to 8lbs when using 2s or 3s batteries. It's also compatible with more demanding activities like rock racing and steep hill climbing in vehicles weighing as much as 4lbs. For those who prefer a more robust configuration in heavier rigs—such as during rock racing or extended hill climbs—we suggest using the Mamba X ESC with the same motor for optimal performance.

The Mamba Micro X ESC comes equipped with the latest V2.02 firmware, specifically enhanced for rock crawling and sensored operation. If you're utilizing a high-power or digital servo, we strongly recommend the addition of an external BEC to ensure reliable power delivery.

This SPECIAL EDITION of the Mamba Micro X features solder posts connected with 16 AWG wires for the motor, and it includes matching 4mm female bullet connectors to complement the included 1406-2280kv sensored brushless motor.

The Auxiliary Advantage:

One of the exciting new features of the Mamba Micro X is the programmable Auxiliary Wire. It provides users with the ability to make “on-the-go” adjustments to various settings, including torque control and maximum throttle. You can easily fine-tune your ESC’s performance directly from your transmitter using an auxiliary channel on your receiver. By default, the AUX wire function is disabled, but it can be programmed using Castle Link. Once set up, you’ll be able to modify the AUX wire functionality seamlessly from a compatible transmitter. Telemetry Capabilities:

The Mamba Micro X is also telemetry-ready, allowing owners of Futaba T4PX or 7PX transmitters to enhance their experience further by adding the Castle Telemetry Link for S.BUS2 connectivity.
