When it comes to RC applications, drivers require clean starts as they come off the production line. The specific needs vary: crawler fans demand precise low-speed control and adequate torque for climbing, racers look for accuracy and predictability, and dragsters cannot afford any delays. To meet these diverse performance criteria and more, we have integrated advanced rotor position sensor technology into our enhanced high-power, high-efficiency motor design.

Our sensors continuously relay the rotor's position to the ESC (Electronic Speed Controller), which eliminates issues like cogging or inconsistency at startup. As a result, users can expect exact throttle control, silky smooth starts, combined with the raw power and extended run times generated by our efficient motors. However, efficiency alone is insufficient without a solid and dependable design. RC enthusiasts are known for pushing their equipment to the extreme. Recognizing this, our engineers have invested significant resources into creating a design that withstands the brutal conditions faced by the RC community.

We've incorporated oversized NMB bearings along with a vibration dampening system to maximize bearing life. Utilizing high-strength, high-temperature grade neodymium sintered magnets paired with a Kevlar wrap ensures the rotor's integrity is maintained even in the most demanding running scenarios. Our proprietary winding techniques enable us to produce a stator assembly characterized by the lowest possible resistance, contributing to a cooler operating motor. A cooler motor translates to a longer lifespan.

In developing our motor, we meticulously selected each component, verifying them through rigorous internal testing to assure unparalleled efficiency. The end product is a motor that showcases exceptional quality, performance, and reliability—attributes we refuse to compromise on. Our new sensored design provides smoother starts and improved low-end throttle control, all while maintaining the impressive torque and power found in our previous sensorless motors.

The dimensions of our motor are as follows: a can with a diameter of 56.3mm and a length of 112.7mm, with a shaft measuring 8mm in diameter and 30mm in length. This motor is recommended for use with a maximum of 10S LiPo batteries (42V).

For connectivity, the motor is equipped with 8.0mm male Castle Bullet Connectors, which are attached to replaceable 10-gauge wire, alongside a 210mm length sensor wire. This design makes it the ideal upgrade for any 1:5 scale RC hobby vehicle, including conversions from gas to electric, capable of handling weights up to 30 lbs for 2WD models and 25 lbs for 4WD models.
