Introducing the RPM ESC Cage specifically designed for the Castle Mamba X ESC. This robust mount ensures that your prestigious and often crucial ESC remains securely fastened, even in the most demanding conditions. One of its standout features is the flexibility it provides in operation; you can run the ESC with or without a fan. The design of the cage encloses only the ESC body, thereby allowing the fan to function unimpeded. To enhance airflow and maintain optimal temperatures, we’ve included air channels on both sides of the ESC.

The RPM ESC Cage is built for efficiency, making the installation and maintenance of the ESC in your vehicle straightforward and hassle-free. Securing the entire assembly to the chassis requires just two screws—no more grappling with messy double-sided tape. This streamlined process allows you to remove the ESC for cleaning or to relocate electronics to another vehicle with minimal effort. In fact, transferring the whole assembly from one car to another takes roughly one minute!

Another innovative aspect of our design is the accessibility of the two mounting screws. They can be reached without needing to remove the top from the base, making this one of our easiest ESC Cages to install and uninstall. We also provide a dedicated mount for an on/off switch that attaches directly to the cage. This switch can be positioned in any of four orientations, granting you maximum flexibility. Since the switch is integrated with the cage, there’s no additional hassle during maintenance or while switching the ESC between vehicles.

Our ESC Cage for the Castle Mamba X ESC is perfectly compatible with the stock positions in various Traxxas models, including the Traxxas Slash 2wd, Slash 2wd LCG, Slash 4×4, Slash 4×4 LCG, Stampede 4×4, and Rally. Additionally, it can be utilized in other Traxxas 1/10th scale vehicles as well, as detailed in the “Tech Notes” below.
