The Mamba Micro X2 represents a significant upgrade over the popular Mamba Micro X. One of the key enhancements in this new Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) is the maximum input voltage, which has been increased to 4s when paired with motors that are capable of handling it. Additionally, we have integrated DATA LOGGING and our innovative CRYO-DRIVE TECHNOLOGY, enabling the ESC to operate more efficiently and cooler at partial throttle settings.

Consistent with its predecessor, the Mamba Micro X2 remains waterproof and is compatible with sensored motors. This ESC and motor combination is ideally suited for 1/14th and 1/16th scale vehicles with a weight limit of 3 pounds and compatibility with 4s LiPo batteries. The included 1010-4400kv sensored motor is designed to provide smooth startups and delivers an abundance of torque while maintaining low operating temperatures.

Notably, the Mamba Micro X2 does not come with an internal Battery Elimination Circuit (BEC); however, our package includes a FREE external 10-amp CC BEC from Castle Creations, a $24 value! This upgraded BEC supports a wider range of voltages and boasts a significantly higher current capacity.

Among its features, the Mamba Micro X2 supports an input voltage range of 2s-4s and maintains a waterproof design (please note, the included CC BEC is not waterproof). Transmitter programming is convenient, allowing for six common adjustable settings. For further customization, additional settings and software updates can be accessed through Windows-based Castle Link software and a USB adapter (a coupon for free access is included with your purchase), or via the Castle Link App paired with a B-LINK Bluetooth Adapter (also includes a discount coupon).

This ESC is telemetry-ready, compatible with S.BUS2 Telemetry Link and Futaba T4PX, T7PX, and T7PXR transmitters. Its auxiliary wire functionality permits "on-the-fly" adjustments such as Max Power and Max Brake. Additionally, audible alerts provide notifications for any potential calibration or error conditions.

Please note, a battery connector is essential for operation; we recommend using Castle 4.0mm polarized connectors, Deans Ultra Plugs, or XT60 connectors. The dimensions for the ESC are 1.64” x 1.16” x 0.84”, while the motor measures 2.34” x 1.11”. For mounting, the specifications are M2.5 @ 14mm & 16mm; M3 @ 19mm.
