The renowned 1515-2200 V2 BLDC motor serves as a powerhouse enhancement for 1:8 scale buggies, truggies, on-road vehicles, and 1:10 scale monster trucks weighing up to 15 lbs. This motor is optimized for operation with up to 6S LiPo (25.2V) batteries, equipped with 6.5mm male Castle Bullet Connectors, and comes with a 210mm length sensor wire included in the package.

The new design of the 1515-2200 V2 features a completely revamped rotor and stator aimed at improving magnetic flux. This enhancement translates to increased efficiency, smoother startup experiences, lowered temperatures, and longer operational run times. The running modes encompass SMARTSENSE, sensored mode (compatible with sensored capable ESCs), and sensorless operation.

Our motors are designed to be water-resistant, featuring a sensor board that is coated with silicone conformal coating, ensuring protection from moisture. However, it is important to note that sensor connections themselves are not water-resistant; exposure to water can lead to signal loss, which may compromise sensored functionalities. For optimal protection, we advise applying dielectric grease to the outer surfaces of the sensor wire connections following installation, with routine maintenance recommended after operating in wet conditions.

Our motors are equipped with high-strength, high-temperature grade neodymium sintered magnets, along with a robust Kevlar wrap that maintains the rotor's integrity even in harsh running conditions.
